We are sad to announce that NCL has cancelled all August, and most September sailings for their fleet. In addition Oceania, and Regent have cancelled all August and September sailings, as well as some ships that were planned for Canadian cruises into October. With NCL doubling down on Alaska this year, we thought it was likely that they may pull some ships back and follow the Crystal model and re-deploy in South Florida. However, they have decided to stick it out and possibly start up Alaska cruising in mid September. There will have to be some accommodations made to avoid the Jones Act, but it may still be possible that we will see cruise ships in Alaska late this year.
