Creator's Key Takeaways
I live in California so I needed to fly to Florida first I stayed at a hotel near Port Everglades and the Fort Lauderdale Airport as a pre-night stay before embarking on my DCL Cruise
I love the split bathroom because if you're sharing a cabin with anybody you can be getting ready in two different bathrooms
I loved Lookout key I didn't get it on maybe the best weather day I don't know if that was a good thing or a bad thing cuz it was just kind of fun it was raining and windy
Make sure that you download the Disney navigator app and you utilize it on your cruise it has everything you need

In this video, I share everything about my recent cruise on the Disney Dream and my travels to and from Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. I’ll share my top 10 tips for this particular itinerary as well as some general tips about Disney cruising. I’ll talk about my likes, dislikes, and any difficulties I faced on this trip, as well as transportation, food options, and my accommodations. I stayed at the Hyatt Place Fort Lauderdale Airport South & Cruise Port (91 Southwest 18th Avenue Dania Beach, Florida) as well as the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort (505 N Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, Florida). Of course we can’t forget the staterooms on the Disney Dream too! Stateroom 8572, a Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Verandah, and stateroom 8065 an inside stateroom with a magic porthole. Visiting Nassau, Bahamas and Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point on the island of Eleuthera was of course a large part of this trip. I’ll answer questions like “Who is this trip good for?”, “What should you pack for this trip?” and more. So, join me for my new series Travel Takeaways to learn more about my trip and hopefully help you plan yours!
