My Perfect Day at Coco Cay came aboard the Adventure of the Seas in June 2021. Located in the Bahamas, CoCoCay is the cruise line's very own private island. The first stop on the Adventure of the Sea's seven day voyage from Nassau, Coco Cay was actually a port of call for the first TWO days of the cruise. This was a solo cruise for me. I immediately fell in love with Coco Cay and the beautiful blue waters surrounding the island. There were far fewer guests onboard the Adventure of the Seas than normal, so the island felt nearly secluded at times. Coco Cay is compiled of several beaches, a large pool featuring swim-up bar, several eateries, and even a full waterpark, Thrill Waterpark! Access to most of the beaches, including lounge chairs and umbrellas, is completely free, with many other fun options (including cabanas, jet skis, kayaking, and zip lining) available for an additional fee.
