NCL NORWEGIAN JADE final departure from Southampton to Miami Florida 29/09/18

On Saturday the 29th Sept 2018 saw the very last appearance and final departure of the (NCL) Norwegian Cruise Line Ship "Norwegian Jade" from Southampton. She had arrived early morning from Newcastle Port of Tyne , she later departed from the City Cruise Terminal at 17:10pm for Lerwick in the Shetland Isles Scotland which is her next port call as it is part of her 16 day one way cruise from Southampton to Miami in Florida and she is due to arrive in Miami on the 15th October which will become her next homeport until April 12th 2019. In 2019 we shall see another NCL Cruise Ship the "Norwegian Spirit" to undergo a series of cruises out of Southampton from the 31st May 2019 to 11th October 2019. The two tall sailing ships you see in the last clip as Norwegian Jade is sailing past are the Lord Nelson and Tenacious and are the only tall ships in the world designed so they can be sailed by a crew with widely varied physical abilities.
