I was pretty excited about this, and I've gotta to say I wasn't disappointed. I can't believe how awesome this new space is. They really put a lot of thought into utilizing the space in a functional yet beautiful fashion. It feels open and natural kind of like a park. You're not going to feel like you're sitting in a bus station or airport at the Long Beach cruise terminal. Only time will tell how efficient the new design will be, but I've got a feeling it's going to be a whole lot faster that it was. During the reopening event we also got some fantastic news about a future ship coming to the Long Beach cruise terminal. You don't even have to watch the video. I'll tell you right now (because it's so exciting) Carnival's new Vista class ship Panorama will be coming directly to the Long Beach cruise terminal in 2019! So cool.
