We’ll start with the salad bar area. There’s antipasto type meats, lots of special salad fixings, and even premade sandwiches. Guests seemed to love the fresh fruit stations, especially at breakfast. The grill area offers a rotating selection to satisfy a heavier appetite, and generally offers the requisite burgers and fries. The culinary staff does a good job of swapping out the menu items daily, while ensuring that that guest favorites are always on hand. At dinner time, you’ll find carving stations that change nightly as well as a full array of pastas and what seemed to us like an endless amount of entrée choices. There are some unique features here like build your own stir-fry, and a delicious selection of Indian food, which we indulged in many times. And now, let’s start the mouth watering tour around what seems to be a never-ending dessert station. The scones here are especially tasty. There’s always a variety of sugar free dessert in this plated area as well. The chocolate fountain was always a treat on our sailing, but OUR favorite…the crepes. You’ll feel like you’re in Paris- they are quite good.
