Welcome aboard Norwegian Prima! Prior to sailing on board new sister Norwegian Aqua, we wanted to get a “lay of the land” so we booked NCL Prima out of Galveston, Texas. In this video, we share our initial reactions to the ship and what we did in our first 24 hours on board! This video is filled with surprise for Rocky and me. We wrap up the video with our quick overall thoughts about Norwegian Prima. From the moment we stepped on board, we knew we were in for something different. Norwegian Cruise Line took the deck plans from their previous ships, tossed them up in the air, and drew NCL Prima with a brand new pen! This ship is SO different from the moment you step on board. It’s clear that the cruise line wanted to create a WOW moment with the atrium. The ship is giving some serious MSC vibes! Additionally, we’ve been completely LOST for the first 24 hours! While many of our favorite venues are here – The Local, Mandara Spa – the design and layout is unlike anything we’ve ever seen. And the Mandara Spa?
