Our cruise on the Sun Princess had a stop in St. Thomas and after a long day in port snorkeling and exploring the shops, we arrived back at the pier. The security line was quite long with only one agent vetting passengers. On the other side of the chain link fence, we could see the familiar relief of cold water and Princess crew ready to welcome us back onboard. While the problem with this experience ultimately fell on port security and not Princess, we were surprised when Guest Services on the ship refused to listen to John's feedback and the reason they gave as to why. This is the first time I have experienced an issue with MedallionClass cruising. Full vlog of this day coming this week!
