It’s the final day of our 16-day Hawaii cruise aboard the Emerald Princess, and we’re taking in every last moment before saying goodbye to an unforgettable trip. For our last port of the cruise, we arrived in Ensenada, Mexico, but decided to stay onboard and enjoy the ship one more day. I grabbed lunch by myself and had a surprise moment when I spotted an old friend outside... The Royal Caribbean's Quantum of the Seas, the same ship we sailed on back in November 2025! Later, I met back up with Elaine and Skye for lunch at the buffet, played some Pokemon Go while we were docked, and we went downstairs to choose which cruise photos we wanted to purchase. As the cruise came to an end, the captain gave his final announcement and thanked everyone for a great sailing. Then it was time for our final dinner onboard, which was extra special with the Baked Alaska parade, Hawaiian-style shrimp, and prime rib — easily one of my favorite meals of the entire cruise. After dinner, we headed back to the room to place our luggage out in the hallway for pickup, then spent time in the atrium for one last dance party with the house band. To close out the cruise, we watched the final show in the Princess Theater, an incredible Whitney Houston tribute performance, then ended the night with our final cookies from the International Cafe.
