Creator's Key Takeaways

Day 5 and it must be Rotterdam. Ship docks within easy walking distance of the city, and only 5 minutes walk to a metro/tram stop.

Today we explore the city by tram and on foot, visiting City Hall (where I was told not to film - after I'd filmed!), Market Hall, Cube Houses, Harbour and night trip to a very windy Euromast.

Really enjoying this trip. The MSC Euribia is fantastic.

Creator's Tips & Advice

βœ“Explore the city by tram and on foot for easy access to attractions.
βœ“Be prepared for windy weather, especially at Euromast.

Today we explore the city by tram and on foot, visiting City Hall (where I was told not to film - after I'd filmed!), Market Hall, Cube Houses, Harbour and night trip to a very windy Euromast - you can see it swaying and kids windsurfing! Pretty foul weather and I even film a ship that looks like it's about to sink. Really enjoying this trip. The MSC Euribia is fantastic, despite being almost full (around 6000 passengers) and winter (i.e. almost no-one out on deck), it copes very well with everyone inside - though we have nothing to compare it with because this is our first cruise. Note in a comment about leaving harbour I say that it's 3 minutes, but I slowed it down to 5 minutes to make it more viewable Filmed 6th February 2024 Equipment used: Insta360 X3, DJI Osmo Pocket 3, GoPro Hero 8 Black Editing software: Insta 360 Studio, Videoproc Vlogger Music: Epidemic Sounds Music Tracks: Free as Can Be - Magnus Ringblom Une Histoire D'Amour - Franz Gordon Queuing Love Songs (Instrumental Version) - NIGHTCAP 00:00 Good Morning 00:20 Rotterdam Cruise Terminal 00:49 Tram to Centraal 01:31 Coffee 01:57 City Hall 02:34 Canalside 02:45 Market 03:11 Market Hall 03:56 Cube Houses 04:24 The White House 05:06 Canalside 05:41 Port Visitor Centre 06:01 Card won't work! 06:17 Old people! 06:43 Sinking? 06:58 Card works! 07:26 Tram to Euromast 07:38 Will it wait? 08:19 Wobbly look round 08:38 Wind Surfing! 09:00 Wet waterfront walk 09:50 Back on board 09:56 Leaving Rotterdam 11:56 Oostwijk 13:15 Maassluis 14:09 Keringhuis Barrage 14:43 Hoek Van Holland
