Our Last Minute Backup Plan For Canceled Excursion!

#nassau #bahamas #EdgeBeachReserve #travel #cruise In this vlog, we are in the port of Nassau and had an excursion booked through Carnival for the Edge Beach Reserve at Atlantis Resort. But due to lack of interest, Carnival canceled the excursion. So...what do you do?? You still go anyways!! Dave happened to find out that on Atlantis's website, you can purchase the beach pass at Edge Beach reserve for less than what the cruise line was charging. But the only thing was that we had to get a taxi from the port to the resort. We were able to get to the port for $5.00 per person and was dropped off just outside of the resort. It was just a short walk to get into the resort. After checking in and checking out the resort grounds, we finally came across the Edge Beach Reserve. The water and beach were spectacular here. For $50.00 per person for this view was so worth it. After our fun in the sun, we headed back to the ship for sail away, dinner and Deal or No Deal.
