The Loen Skylift is one of the steepest cable cars in the world. It brings you from the top of Mt. Hoven (1011 m) down to the fjord in only 5 minutes with a gradient up to 60°, an average of 45°. The gondola car is 170 metres (560 ft) above ground at the highest. It is the first aerial tramway installed in Norway since Hangursbanen in 1963. A must do attraction when arriving into Olden.
