Rome is a City built on top of Rome even with all the ancient ruins we see experts believe that this is only about 10 percent much of the City was destroyed over time either by Design or War

the remaining 90 percent is said to be buried deep inside the Earth around 30 feet below today's street level

it's about an hour's ride from here into Rome

we just kept on walking and went past modern businesses and shops and then some residential areas
