We start our morning at the Saint Mother Teresa Cathedral, going inside first and then up the bell tower for the best panoramic views of the city. From there it's a short walk to the iconic Newborn Sign which is the ultimate symbol of Kosovo's independence and a must-see for any visitor to the city. After grabbing a quick coffee at Mulliri Café under the famous Dua Lipa mural, we head down Mother Teresa Boulevard to see the main city squares and even spot the former prime minister of Kosovo. Our tour of Pristina also includes the Kosovo Assembly Building and the Sultan Mehmet Fatih Mosque in the old town area. We finish our tour with a walk through the University of Pristina park to see the abandoned Serbian Orthodox cathedral and the National Library of Kosovo. Overall we had an amazing day trip in Pristina and were surprised at how much we enjoyed our visit to Kosovo.
