Progreso, Mexico is probably the most underdeveloped cruise port ever, there is not even a #diamondsinternational store there. Most of the cruise passengers use the port as a way of getting to the town of Merida, Chichen Itza, or one of the many cenotes in the area. That is the thing, they are out of the area and NOT in Progreso. In this video we will see what, if anything, there is to do in Progreso without an excursion.
