Join me for an unforgettable port day as I hop off the Star Princess in Civitavecchia and make my way into the heart of Rome, Italy for an adventure-packed day! For just €24 roundtrip, I took the train straight from the port into the Rome city center (Shuttle to and from Ship included). The ride was about 55 minutes, and once I arrived, I hit the ground running—exploring iconic sights like the Colosseum and the Roman Forum. Of course, no visit to Rome is complete without a proper cappuccino… and I treated myself to my favorite combo: a cappuccino with a pistachio croissant. Pure heaven! ☕🥐 I grabbed a few souvenirs, soaked in the atmosphere, and then headed back to the station to return to the ship. Once back aboard the Star Princess, I enjoyed a relaxing lunch (with dessert, of course), took a much-needed nap, and then wrapped up the day with an epic Teppanyaki dinner.
