There are two ports in Roseau, Dominica - the main cruise terminal located downtown, and the deep-water industrial port about a mile and a half away from the cruise port. During my recent cruise on Holland America Line's Koningsdam, we happened to dock at the deep-water port which isn't exactly set up for cruise passengers.
