We are in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico on day 3 of our Royal Princess Medallion Class Mexican Riviera cruise. We are trying a completely unique excursion in Cabo. We are checking out Cabo Adventure's Camel excursion. We start the day off cruising into Cabo bright and early. I'll give you a little rundown of the previous sea day activities, and an intro to the plan for our day in Cabo. Then we jump on a tender, and embark on our Cabo camel adventure. It's close to an hour drive by bus, but it goes by fast, and we really enjoyed the family time together. As you'll see in the video, the ride can get a bit bumpy, so be prepared. The terrific Cabo Adventure staff provide a thorough explanation of the activity and rules before the adventure begins. After that, it's time to hop on a camel. The ride is actually quite peaceful, and if you can get over the fact that you're riding a camel on the beach, there's some beautiful scenery to be enjoyed. After the camel ride it's time for lunch, and I have to say lunch was fantastic. The Cabo Adventures crew did an awesome job, and the food was super tasty. We'll give you a look at the food in the video, but it doesn't do it justice. You definitely have to try it for yourself. You'll have a chance to review, and purchase photos and video in their photo gallery, and since cameras (other than body mounted GoPro style) are not permitted, we recommend you stop in and at least check it out. The ride back to the ship was comfortable, and gave us a good opportunity to talk about the fun day we shared.
