About our Bacon Score methodologyYouTube Video Descriptionβ
This is a walk through of our mini-suite cabin on the Royal Princess. It was on deck 12, the Aloha deck, and was cabin A410. in Princess Cruises, a mini suite is a balcony room with extra space where a sofa is located. Normal Princess balcony rooms don't have the additional sofa area. Royal Princess was first launched in 2013 and was last refurbished in 2018. It does show its age. Compared to modern ships, it lacks the extra sockets around the bed and dresser areas, equipment on it like phones and safes are older and more worn out. The sofa was also worn out. The beds were comfortable, though, and the air conditioning worked well. We found sanitary issues on Day 1 with the cabin and we did another video about this that can be viewed below: https://youtu.be/9o10aoDKdc8 The Royal Princess is scheduled for dry dock later in 2026. There's much desired to be worked on her at that time. We hope they do a thorough job! #princesscruiseship #cruising #royalprincess #travel #cruisevlog #travelvlog #cruisecabintour #cruisevacation #sealife #sailing #mexicanriviera
