It is time to sail away on the Carnival Vista!!!! And know other cruise line does a sail away party like Carnival! It is so much fun and EVERYONE gets involved either dancing by the pool deck or singing along to the music or just enjoying observing the 4000+ people all gathered together! Led by the cruise director, Matt Mitchem, it was a lot of fun!! And we had the bonus of watching the Carnival Freedom sail away next to us! Then it is time for our first dinner onboard. We get the whole family together - all ten of us - in the Horizons dining room. This is a tradition for us on the first night of each cruise. We do not eat in the main dining room every night but we always will on the first night! And... I had my Chocolate Melting Cake... with peanut butter... YUM!!!
