About our Bacon Score methodology
YouTube Video Description↓

Papenburg is a small cozy town in North Western Germany, but it has one of the busiest and most famous shipyards in the world: the Meyer shipyard. Meyer Shipyard was founded more than 200 years ago in 1795. It has been a family owned company ever since. More than 50 cruise ships were constructed on the yard since 1985, fo example for Royal Caribbean, Celebrity Cruises, Norwegian Cruise Lines and Disney Cruise Line. The yard uses to deliver two new cruise ships every year. But the yard is not even loacted near the seas! So how do they get their ships to the ocean! Watch our video to see how the huge cruise ships are maneuvred backwards over a narrow river and are passing very narrow sections until they are reaching the Ems barrage. 0:00 Papenburg 0:17 Meyer Shipyard 1:23 River Ems 4:26 Railway Bridge Weener 6:14 bascule bridge Leer 7:41 ships crossing highway 8:26 sheep and horses on the banks 9:05 River Ems barrage Music: Lord of the Land von Kevin MacLeod unterliegt der Lizenz Creative-Commons-Lizenz "NamensnennungΒ 4.0". https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ Quelle: http://incompetech.com/music/royalty-free/index.html?isrc=USUAN1400022 KΓΌnstler: http://incompetech.com/ #meyerwerft #meyerpapenburg #cruiseships
