i went on a cruise which y'all can see that on life with the islands i it's me and my husband's channel uh we went on a cruise and i did so good y'all i didn't gain well i did gain one pound but it was not from cruising i did so good i ate keto low carb friendly except for you know of course the alcoholic drinks and the coffee but um i did so good y'all i came back and i only gained one pound

coming to ikea today was a waste of time since they don't have my mirrors and they don't know when they don't have the mirrors in so i'm going to try back next month
