I was on the media cruise and so the pr team had brought us over there and they gave us a pretty robust schedule

the food just looks better when the crew is going to serve it because it's essentially it hasn't been you know uh kind of mangled by tongs

I think the ability to listen to what uh your customer is saying or to analyze data to understand that the you know the dining experience may be better if you move a restaurant here opposed to there and then being able to rapidly change those things within just the first year of a cruise ship I think that's amazing actually

it was a drastic difference between the older ship and the newer ship so it it was kind of nice
