We headed to Universal Orlando Resort to experience the FINAL weeks of Mardi Gras—and this night did NOT disappoint From exploring the festival booths to hunting down gluten-free options (yes, we found some), this turned into one of our favorite foodie nights at Universal! We even checked out the Brazilian booth to see if it lived up to the hype Of course, we couldn’t miss the Mardi Gras parade—full of energy, music, and amazing floats that really brought the whole night together To end the night, we finally visited the Cursed Coconut Club… and WOW.
