every time a crew member completes their contract we give them appraisals actually we do midterm appraisals as well to let them know how they are doing where there might be areas of opportunity

our guest feed back is very important especially if they write down the crew member's name on the survey that they receive back home once they get off the ship

I will take whoever they send me and make them part of our team and the promotion process is the same for them based on appraisals and experience
