About our Bacon Score methodologyYouTube Video Descriptionβ
On April 14, 1912, RMS Carpathia was eastbound on a run-of-the-mill transatlantic crossing when her radio operator received a disturbing call for help. The newest and finest ship in the world, White Star Line's RMS Titanic, was sinking fast and only Carpathia was near enough to help. What followed was a mad dash into the night, where the humble Carpathia risked life and limb to rescue those Titanic left behind. Then, once the ship arrived on station, came the grueling return voyage home which would see Carpathia return to a media storm at New York City. In this special documentary we have updated two 2024 documentaries with new visual effects to create one single, comprehensive documentary telling Carpathia's incredible tale.
