You can see whales from the ship… if you’re lucky... but the best way to make sure you get your chance to see whales in their natural habitat is on an official whale watching tour! These guides go out every day and know exactly where the whales are for the best viewing! Our tour was with Juneau Tours and Whale Watch and we thoroughly enjoyed our adventure! We saw humpback whales, sea lions, and passed by Mendenhall Glacier. We actually had a combo tour so after the whales we were transported over to Mendenhall Glacier!
