Many of you have asked what it's like moving forward after losing my father four month ago, and how am I dealing with grief and loss after losing a parent. Well, I can say that dealing with depression and anxiety isn't fun, but it is doable. Dealing with grief and loss of a parent is extremely difficult and I don't wish that upon anyone. It's by far the hardest thing I've experienced and moving forward is much easier said than done, but staying busy, serving others, and getting outside has help me tremendously.
