This was August 2021 during a seven-night cruise out of Nassau Bahamas and we're still on embarkation day at this point in the vlog series. In episode 14, we had just completed the new eMuster process and obtained our green stickers on the seapass cards when we walked back in the ship on deck 4 and met the head waiter Desti for the first time. This cruise was the only one where I remember spending so much time interacting with the head waiter. Desti was the definition of excellence during the cruise. We spoke to him every night at dinner as he would make his way through the main dining room checking on the passengers.
