Alotau, Papua New Guinea was our first port of call on our recent PNG Encounter trip with P&O from Brisbane. We booked our tour independently with See Alotau with Ben, a well respected and much promoted local tour operator (link below and tour details on our website). We booked a half day morning tour, because we are always nervous booking local tours in places we are not familiar with if they are ending too close to ship departure time. As it turns out we had nothing to worry about. Despite a dull and rainy day we had a fantastic tour that was definitely worth the money. Watch the video to learn more about what our tour included.
