About our Bacon Score methodology
YouTube Video Description

We couldn't go to Jordan without seeing it's symbol, the most visited place in the country and one of the most famous places on the planet - Petra. The Rose City or the The Lost City, Petra is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and awe-inspiring. The Nabatean buildings and toms carved into the red sandstone are incredible. The most famous of the buildings is the first building you see after exiting the Siq, The Treasury. From the moment you leave the visitor center until you return, the sights are unbelievable. This area has been inhabited since Neolithic times and the Bronze and Iron ages. While the Nabateans designed and carved the buildings and tombs and created an amazing water system, the Romans, Byzantines and Crusaders used the city too. It is on the list of the new 7 Wonders of the World, and deservedly so. #jordan #travel #jordantravel #history #petra #thelostcity #therosecity #nabatean #sevenwonders #worldcruise Music from YouTube Audio Library Desert City by Kevin MacLeod is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 license. https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ Source: http://incompetech.com/music/royalty-free/index.html?isrc=USUAN1100564 Artist: http://incompetech.com/ Chapters 00:00 Introduction 00:18 Entrance to Petra 00:35 Gateway to the Siq 01:00 Obelisk Tomb 01:40 The Siq 04:40 Ancient Statues (Camel) in the Siq 05:17 Nabatean Dam 05:41 First View of the Treasury 07:06 The Street of Facades 09:24 The Theater 11:34 The Colonnaded Street 11:47 The Great Temple (Side View) 12:07 Qasr al-Bint Temple 13:01 Tree and Nymphaeum Ruins 13:12 The Royal Tombs 14:38 Tomb of Unayshu 14:49 Back to the Treasury 15:37 The Siq Back to the Visitor Center 16:29 Sunset in Wadi Musa 18:04 Another Video You May Like!
