"Britannia" passes "Iona" & "Ventura" as she departs from Southampton - 20/05/2021

P&O Cruises' "Britannia" is seen departing from a grey, windy and slightly damp Southampton Docks for a few days out of the port on Thursday 20th May 2021. On her way out having left the Mayflower Cruise Terminal at shortly after noon, she passed the brand new MSC Cruises' "MSC Virtuosa" at the City Cruise Terminal (who will be departing with the very first cruise passengers later this evening) and fleetmates "Iona" at the Ocean Cruise Terminal and "Ventura" at the Queen Elizabeth II Cruise Terminal. An exchange of horn blasts was shared between "Britannia" & "Iona" but unfortunately the wind carried "Iona's" horn sounds away. Viewed from Hythe Marina.
