Though the store was on the list of Carnival approved vendors, some 22 years ago, it isn't any longer. Per Carnival Insider, Chanan, aboard the Carnival Jubilee, that has been confirmed. IT IS BEST TO USE CARNIVAL APPROVED STORES! CHECK WITH YOUR CARNIVAL INSIDER ABOARD SHIP BEFORE PURCHASES! In comparing pricing, then to now, Roger's Boots calculates out to a 650% inflation increase [or mark-up, if you prefer that term.] By definition, price gouging exists, when there is a 20% increase of the original price. Though the leather we purchased back then has lasted, and lasted, we don't recommend paying a 650% price increase.
