We were recently on a Carnival Cruise during Christmas week aboard the Carnival Imagination and were delighted by all the festive holiday decorations, activities and entertainment. There was a Christmas Tree Lighting at the Grand Atrium on Deck 7. Our little guy enjoyed writing a Dear Santa letter and getting on stage during the Holiday Show. Crew members handed out free Santa hats during the Christmas Carols singing event as everyone had a good time enjoying singing along the holiday songs such as Let It Snow and Jingle Bells. "Snow" even came down during the event, along with an appearance of Santa for photos. The Grinch made a couple of appearances also and made for a fun photo-op as well. Some of the decorations included a couple of cute Christmas Miniature Villages and wreaths all across the railings and staircases. Overall we feel that Carnival has the best combination of the festive decor, activities and entertainment among the major cruise lines for Christmas! Even though our cruise ended just before Christmas, it felt like we experience it and its spirit onboard. This was from our late December 2018 4 day cruise on the Carnival Imagination. #carnivalcruise
