Take an interior room tour at Carnival Paradise. The bed that was underneath the pullman ceiling bed was where I slept. I have never hit my head. My height is 5'11. I moved the bed away from the wall's edge. This provided easy access to enter and exit the bed. Family of three. We never felt cramped. Remember you are only sleeping in the room.
