INSIDE NORWEGIAN PRIMA HAVEN The Haven amenities on Norwegian Prima are located on Decks 16 and 17. All of the suites in the Norwegian Prima Haven are at the back of the ship. Thus, all cruisers staying in this "ship within a ship" complex have direct access to the private bank of aft elevators. On Deck 16, you will find the Concierge desk as soon as you exit the elevators. Here, you can get help with dining reservations, show reservations, as well as other support services. There is also the Haven Lounge where like minded travelers can meet to discuss the day over a drink or perhaps relax with a good book. There are actually two bars in the Haven on NCL Prima, one in the lounge and the other outdoors on the sundeck. Both bars serve up classic cocktails as well as a few new favorites that debuted on this ship. Also on Deck 16, there is the Haven Restaurant. Here, those staying in The Haven can enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Reservations are not required to dine here. We stayed in a Penthouse Suite cabin, which had plenty of storage, a king bed, a well appointed bathroom, and several upgraded features. Like all Haven suites, we had butler service as well as a stateroom attendant. This team is here to make sure all your needs are met. Further, Haven guests get complimentary room service and priority embarkation/disembarkation. Those staying in the Haven also have priority access to the entertainment venues. This includes a reserved sitting area in the Prima Theater and early entrance to live music in venues like Syd Norman's Pour House. Not to mention, those in The Haven get all of the Free at Sea perks, including specialty dining, WiFi, shore excursion credit, and a drink package. While staying in The Haven on Norwegian Cruise Line, you get to experience the exquisite and luxurious private areas, but you also have access to the rest of the ship. So, cruisers can enjoy activities like the Prima Speedway and Galaxy Pavilion or dine at one of the many specialty restaurants on the ship. The Norwegian Prima Haven is truly the best of both worlds.
