One of the best things about cruising is the food. Every night you have already paid for a meal in the main dining room so is it worth going to a specialty restaurant. This is the first of our Princess Cruises Food video we are taking you to the steakhouse on board called the Crown grill. We are going to tell you everything you need to know so you can decide if this specialty restaurant is worth your time and money. We start our Princess Cruises review looking at the atmosphere and theming. Crown Grill is Princess Cruises steakhouse which can be found across the fleet. It is a nice quiet venue with wood decor and an open kitchen. Some ships will have a bit of a view outside but often these restaurants are on the same decks as the lifeboats so there isn't much of a view. The theming of Princess Cruises Crown Grill fits right in with the formal and upscale feel of the cruise. The location of Crown Grill Princess Cruises will depend on the ship. We were on the Enchanted Princess and the Crown grill was located on the Promenade deck. It is right in between Princess Live and the Vista Lounge. The Crown Grill Bar is right at the entrance. One of our tips and tricks is to come early and enjoy the live music and enjoy the atmosphere. In our Crown Grill Princess review we thoroughly go through the menu and what is included. It is exactly as you would expect from a traditional steakhouse, there are a variety cuts of beef, seafood and a lot of sides. You will find the same across the fleet but there may be some differences in preparation or service. It cost $29 and this includes one main. If you would like more mains there is an additional charge of $10. We were really impressed with Princess Cruises dining and options.
