Cruise Ship Disembarkation Process (Holland America in Boston)

See what it was like to disembark a cruise at the Boston Cruise Port. Flynn Cruiseport Boston is administered by the Massachusetts Port Authority and the folks did a great job because this was one of the fastest cruise ship disembarkation process we have experienced. After eating breakfast, we waited for our luggage tag color and number to be called, then we headed to the deck where the gangway was located. Scan the room key card and we were on our way to the terminal to pickup the large luggage that the crew had taken for us the night before. If you need wheelchair help, let the staff know and they will assist you on a first come, first serve basis. What was really different was that we didn't even need go through customs- just take the luggage and go. That really made it a speedy process.
