CRUISE SHIP NIGHTMARE! Denied Boarding Now Flying to Belfast to Join NCL Dawn Norwegian Cruise Line Dawn Cruise Ship Our dream vacation turned into a total nightmare! We arrived at the port in Southampton, ready to board the Norwegian Cruise Line Dawn Cruise Ship, but were denied boarding at the last minute due to a visa issue. We were absolutely devastated. After the initial shock, we scrambled to figure out a plan. The Norwegian Cruise Line Dawn Cruise Ship is on a British Isles itinerary, and the next port of call after the visa issue is Belfast. So, our only option was to get to Northern Ireland as quickly as possible to try and catch the cruise ship there. This video chronicles our frantic journey from the Southampton cruise terminal to Southampton airport. We even got to experience the VIP lounge, which was a great start to the stressful day. After a quick flight, we landed in Belfast Airport, where we’ll be staying at the Travelodge for the next five nights, waiting to see if we can get back on board.
