Cunard Queens | Queen Elizabeth | Queen Mary 2 | departures Southampton 01/11/18

The two Cunard Queens "Queen Elizabeth" & "Queen Mary 2" sailed out of Southampton today the 1st Nov 2018. As "Queen Elizabeth" sailed past Ocean Cruise Terminal both ships gave the usual horn salute. First to sail was the "Queen Elizabeth" at 16:37pm from the Mayflower Cruise Terminal for a 13 Night Cruise to the Canary Islands (Q830) her first port of call on this cruise is to Arrecife, Canary Islands. The "Queen Mary 2" had to wait for a small container ship to pass by the entrance to Ocean Dock before she could sail of which resulted her in being about half an hour late in departing from the Ocean Cruise Terminal she left at 17:31pm for a 3 Night Short Break (M841) her only port call on this trip is to Zeebrugge in Belgium.
