Cunard's 'Queen Mary 2' departure Commemorates 100 Years Association with Southampton 19/11/19

Cunard's Transatlantic Ocean Liner 'Queen Mary 2' sailed from Southamptons Ocean Cruise Terminal just before 18:30pm for New York 19th November 2019. It is 100 years ago since Cunard had moved its Transatlantic New York liner service from Liverpool to Southampton. The Cunard 'RMS Mauretania' was the first liner to set sail from Southampton on the 18th November 1919, bound for New York. Queen Mary 2 will host a variety of special on board activities and events to pay tribute to Cunard's relationship with Southampton.
