One of the highlights of a recent trip to China was a three-day side trip to Dandong. Dandong is on the border with North Korea and is sometimes called the "Most Dangerous City in China" because of its proximity to and connection with the "Democratic People's Republic of Korea." It is not! It is a city with a unique location, history, and connection with the isolated and insulated country of North Korea.
