Departures of 'Queen Mary 2' & P&O Cruises 'Britannia' from Southampton Docks 03/06/18

Cunard's 'Queen Mary 2' & P&O Cruises 'Britannia' both sailed from Southampton today the 3rd June 2018 after having arrived in the early morning. Cunard Ship 'Queen Mary 2' departed from the QEII Cruise Terminal shortly after 17:30m for a cross Atlantic round-trip to New York. She will will be away until the 17th June 2018. Then just after 18:00pm the P&O Cruise Ship 'Britannia' departed from the Ocean Cruise Terminal for a 15 day round-trip cruise to Spain, France & Italy and she will be away also until the 17th June 2018, as she left the historic steamship 'Shieldhall' blew her horn and her whistle and 'Britannia' duly replied with a couple of blasts of her ships horn. First port of call for 'Britannia' on this cruise is Alicante in Spain.
