After 2 days of sailing through the beautiful Alaskan wilderness, it was time for our first port stop, the city of Skagway. Our port adventure was booked through Disney Cruise Line, we went on the Yukon Expedition. This was the longest port adventure we've done, but the hours melted away because it was so much fun! Our day started boarding a bus that would take us into the Yukon Territory of Canada, along the way, we made multiple stops to enjoy the Canadian wilderness, waterfalls, snow-capped mountain, and clear lakes were some of the sights that we took in. We passed the Carcross desert, the world's smallest desert, to our lunch stop at Caribou Crossing. Here, we enjoyed a tasty BBQ chicken dinner, complete with homemade doughnuts. After lunch, we had time to explore the grounds, we walked through the wildlife museum and played with a bunch of Alaskan Husky puppies. We completed our stop by taking a training run with the husky adults.
