This is Day 5 for us in Rome and we need to get over to Civitavecchia cruise port by train. The train ride is about an hour. When the train arrives in Civitavecchia you can take a taxi or bus from the train station to the cruise port or walk like we did. The fare for the taxi or bus is $6 Euro per person and they only take CASH!!! If you don’t want to walk make sure you have some Euros. The walk is about 45 to 55 minutes and is “FREE”. We hope this video helps you when you are in Rome and are cruising the mediterranean. This is our 28 day of our 322 day land & sea journey around the world.
