Epcot As We Know It | Epcot | Walt Disney World Vlog | August 2017

Join my friend Becca and I as we travel around Epcot as it is right now before Disney reinvents the look of Future World. Follow me on Twitter & Instagram: @adamhattan As Disney recently announced at D23 Expo that Epcot's Future World will soon be getting a massive refurbishment, Becca and I decided to head around the park riding all the classic attractions that may soon be leaving us or changing in the not too distant future. We ride Spaceship Earth, the NEW Mission Space earth mission, Ellen's Energy Adventure (Universe of Energy) for the last time, Living with the Land, Journey into Imagination with Figment and Test Track. Disney has yet to announce what exactly will be changing in the park wide refresh, however it's fair to assume based on the new concept art that the main area of future world that includes innoventions, fountain view, mouse gear and electric umbrella; will be going. Disney has plans to build a new Guardians of the Galaxy attraction in place of Universe of Energy and add a new restaurant to future world that makes you feel like you're dining in space. In an effort to preserve the nostalgia of Epcot, we take time in this vlog to really focus on the details we've all grown to love. Just in case they slip away in the near future or go into refurbishment. Disney hasn't announced any dates for construction to begin, but with only four years to build a new land basically, it shouldn't be long before we start seeing changes. In this video you can enjoy the nostalgia of the leave a legacy rocks, the entrance and future world music, a in depth ride of the Universe of Energy and likewise for Journey into Imagination. I'll of course be returning to Epcot for more vlogs to capture even more of my own personal memories of Epcot as I know it. So make sure you're subscribed! After our time in Epcot, we meet up with our friend Liv and make our way to Hollywood Studios via the friendship boat. Once at Hollywood Studios I show you how you can deposit a bag of merchandise for pick-up later, where a great water fountain is and also a fuel rod swap location. Liv and Becca also help me pick out a new hat! Sorry to say that after that, the battery dies. But I stayed to see the new projection show and the Star Wars fireworks before leaving.
