Welcome to our exciting port day in Antigua during our 10-day ultimate southern Caribbean cruise onboard the Celebrity Beyond! In this video, we take you through our eventful day, from a relaxing morning in the hot tub to meeting the legendary Captain Kate, the esteemed Master of the Celebrity Beyond. Our day started with breakfast, followed by a relaxing soak in the hot tub. As we disembarked in Antigua around 10 am, we had the unforgettable opportunity to meet Captain Kate, who greeted guests with warmth and enthusiasm. Her inspiring maritime career and celebrity status made this encounter a highlight of our trip. After our memorable meeting, we explored Antigua on foot. Although we considered heading to the beach, the taxi fares were too high for our liking, so we decided to explore the port area instead. We stumbled upon a great bar with a lovely breeze and a fantastic view of the harbor and our ship, where we enjoyed drinks and the Caribbean ambiance. Back onboard, we took a nap and freshened up before heading to Raw on 5, the sushi and raw bar on Celebrity Beyond. Despite slightly smaller portions and a higher price point, the food was delicious, and there were plenty of non-seafood options for everyone. We then hit the buffet, enjoying the American-themed spread with elevated classics. With everyone ashore, we found a prime spot by the main pool for some relaxation. Later, we participated in a fun activity where we made our own bookmarks, an included Celebrity activity recommended by Sabina from the crew. After some editing in The Club's upper level, one of our favorite multi-venue spaces on the ship, we got ready for dinner at Tuscan, our favorite Main Dining Room. The evening ended on a high note with a free serenade by our waiter and sommelier, performing an Ed Sheeran song. We closed out the day by trying our luck in the Casino, adding a touch of excitement to our night.
