There are many hotels that are elegant & historic, but few have more elegance or history than the Kimpton Fitzroy Hotel (formally Russell Hotel), and if you love cruising then this is virtually a must do pilgrimage. This is not simply a Suite Natured Fitzroy Hotel & Galvin Grill Review but also look into cruising history and what dining aboard the Titanic might have been like. Designed by Charles Fitzroy Doll, who designed the first class dining room aboard the Titanic, and several sculptures on the Titanic, created the Fitzroy Hotel with the same elegance as those white star cruises of a bygone era, or even modern "classic" ships such as Cunard Lines' Queen Elizabeth, Queen Mary or Queen Victoria. This is a hotel for cruisers who are not on a cruise. As usual all footage is our own, and the commentary is done "live" in a single take.
