YouTube Video Description

We've reviewed Fred Olsen Ships looking at their 4 different ocean cruise ships. Fred Olsen's cruise's are called Balmoral, Braemar, Black Watch and Boudicca. The used to have one called Black Prince but, that is now cancelled. They travel all around the world from the UK. Book a Fred Olsen Cruise - https://tinyurl.com/y5evjkxw More information about Fred Olsen - https://tinyurl.com/y56zd87w In the mid 1960’s, Fred. Olsen began sailing a popular route to the Canary Islands, on Black Watch and Black Prince. By the late 1980’s, as the popularity of holiday cruising grew, a reborn Black Prince began her career as sunshine cruiser. One of the most important aspects of a Fred. Olsen cruise is the itinerary. Fred. Olsen sails to destinations far and wide, all over the world, and their smaller-sized ships can access many places and waterways that larger vessels simply can’t. Now, to make destination discovery with Fred. Olsen even more memorable, they now offer guests the chance to journey to waters edge and experience exploration like never before aboard RIBS, specialised boats that are kept on the ship. Fred. Olsen provide a wide assortment of activities on all of their cruises. There is a selection of guest speakers and performers on each cruise, arts and craft lessons, fun quizzes and much, much more! On a sea day, you’ll have plenty of time to indulge a hobby or learn a few new skills, with photography talks, ballrooms dancing lessons, singing and language lessons, theatre workshops, watercolour classes and even a Book Club. A Fred Olsen cruise treats you to a selection of live shows in the evening. This could be cabaret, music or quick fire stand-up comedy. Take a seat, relax and enjoy, perhaps with your choice of the soft or alcoholic drinks on offer at the bar. Continuing into the evening, you could dance the night away to the variety of music provided by the live band and DJs – there are even dance hosts on board to ensure you never have to dance alone. While the main restaurants are popular on Fred Olsen ships there is also, an option to eat in a specialty dining restaurant for an evening or two. A small supplement will apply but the dining experience is really quite special. The Grill can be found on all ships and offers cooked-to-order, high-quality steaks and seafood in elegant, sophisticated surroundings. We recently filmed on-board Black Watch and it was amazing. You could look out near the front of the ship and enjoy some truly beautiful views, accompanied by exquisite cuisine. Also, on Balmoral and Black Watch there is ‘The Poolside’ which offers cuisine influenced by the destinations and regions on your itinerary. There are 5 different main types of cabin on a Fred. Olsen Cruise: Interior, Porthole, Picture Window, Balcony and Suite. Each room is equipped has air con, TV, hairdryer, desk, phone, fridge and tea and coffee. There is also, your Cabin Stewardess will tidy your room and turn it down each night.
