Welcome to our Genoa Cruise Port Vlog! 🇮🇹 In this video we're exploring the historic Old Town, the amazing Aquarium of Genoa and more for an unforgettable day in Italy's famous maritime city. If you're planning a cruise stop in Genoa, this vlog is your perfect guide! We stopped at Genoa cruise port on our MSC Grandiosa cruise in the Mediterranean. We were really excited about visiting Genoa and decided to spend the day exploring the city on our own. Genoa is one of Italy's historic maritime cities and the area where cruise ships dock at Genoa cruise port is conveniently close to the Porto Antico, the Old Port. A lot of the main tourist sights are just a short walk away. Our exploration took us to the house where Christopher Columbus lived, giving us a taste of Genoa's rich past. We also wandered through the stunning Piazza Raffaele De Ferrari and along the beautiful Via Giuseppe Garibaldi, admiring Genoa's truly stunning buildings. The highlight of our day was a visit to the Aquarium of Genoa, which is not only the biggest aquarium in Europe but also the most popular tourist attraction in Genoa. We really enjoyed our day in Genoa. The area around the Old Port is lovely and easy to reach from the cruise port.
